Who this covers

Emails&Calendar is used only by its owner, on the owner's own email and calendar accounts. It has no other users.

What data it uses

• Gmail: reads recent inbox messages (sender, subject, text) to sort them; archives, trashes or marks spam only as the owner's rules or confirmations say.
• Google Calendar: creates events for dates found in the owner's important emails. It does not read or change other events.
• Yahoo Mail: the same reading and sorting, when the owner has connected it.

Where data goes

• Email text is sent to an AI service (xAI's Grok API) only to classify each message and find dates.
• Summaries are posted to the owner's private Discord server.
• The owner's rules and a short action log are stored on the owner's own server.
• Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose.

Google user data

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

The owner can revoke access at any time from their Google Account under Security, "Third-party apps & services".
